Abstract

Aims this study to note about aspects of economic diversification and that from recognition of its various determined and indicators, range of input of renewable energies in its investigation being considered one of its alternatives strategy. As such ; it aims to khnowledge the reality of the Algerian experience in exploit the renewable energies as alternative for have the economic diversification .And it compared with international experience it represented in German, Saudi and UAE experience. This study reached into that investment in the renewable energies as a way for ways of the economic diversification working on development of the economic, social and environmental aspects. Also , the ratio of the renewable energies contribution in investigating the economic diversification in Algeria was very weak, despite the availability of the natural possibilies and the developing development programs which quality them ; for that being experience a leader in this field, but only the traditional energies still contolled on the sector of energy to meet the demand in Algeria. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على جوانب التنويع الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال التعرف على محدداته ومؤشراته المختلفة، ومدى مساهمة الطاقات المتجددة في دراستها باعتبارها أحد البدائل الاستراتيجية. كما تهدف إلى الوقوف على واقع التجربة الجزائرية في استغلال الطاقات المتجددة كبديل لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي، ومقارنتها بالتجارب الدولية، متمثلة في التجربة الألمانية والسعودية والإماراتية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كأحد سبل التنويع الاقتصادي يعمل على تنمية الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية. كما أن نسبة مساهمة الطاقات المتجددة في دراسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر كانت ضعيفة للغاية، على الرغم من توافر الإمكانيات الطبيعية وبرامج التنمية المتطورة التي تؤهلها، كونها تجربة رائدة في هذا المجال، إلا أن الطاقات التقليدية وحدها هي التي لا تزال تسيطر على قطاع الطاقة لتلبية الطلب في الجزائر.
