انعكاسات تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة على الاتصال الاسري دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الاسر لولاية الطارف

Abstract

يشهد مطلع القرن الحادي والعشرين طفرةٌ في الإنجازات العلمية والابتكارات التكنولوجية المتنوعة التي أصبحت لا غنى عنها لتلبية احتياجاتٍ عديدة، إلى جانب استثمارها في مختلف مجالات الحياة العصرية، وإسهامها في إحداث ثورةٍ في العديد من الثقافات والتقاليد السائدة في المجتمعات الحديثة، وفرضها أنماطًا سلوكيةً جديدةً تُقدم طيفًا واسعًا من الخصوصيات والإمكانيات، مما أدى في نهاية المطاف إلى تقليص العالم إلى قريةٍ صغيرة.

وعلى مدى قرونٍ عديدة، واصلت الأسرة لعب دورٍ حيوي في تشكيل التصورات والثقافة البشرية، والمشاركة في تشكيل منظومةٍ من القيم التي تتمسك بها، وتُشكل معاييرَ تُحدد أسس السلوك الاجتماعي.

ولكن اليوم، يُسند جزءٌ كبيرٌ من هذا الدور إلى الإنترنت، الذي فتح الطريق أمام أساليب تواصلٍ افتراضيةٍ حلت محل الاتصال المباشر بين أفراد الأسرة الواحدة.

أدى هذا الوضع إلى اتساع الفجوة وترسيخ الصراع بين أجيال الآباء والأبناء. ومن هذا المنطلق، سلّطت دراستنا الضوء على تأثير الإنترنت على التواصل الأسري. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمنا الملاحظة والاستبيان كأداتين أساسيتين لجمع الدلالات، ووزعناهما على عينات الدراسة من أسر مدينة الطرف. تهدف الدراسة إلى الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ما انعكاسات استخدام الإنترنت على التواصل الأسري؟ ويتفرع من السؤال الرئيسي الأسئلة الفرعية التالية:

1- كيف يؤثر الإنترنت على الحوار الأسري؟ 2- كيف يساهم الإنترنت في الحد من أشكال التواصل الأسري؟ وبعد المعالجة النظرية والمنهجية للدراسة، توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج العامة، منها: 1- يلعب الإنترنت دورًا مهمًا في التأثير على التواصل الأسري. 2- نظراً لطول فترات استخدام الأطفال لشبكة الإنترنت، فإن ذلك يؤثر بشكل كبير على العلاقات الاجتماعية والأسرية.

The dawn of the 21st century is accompanied by a rush of scientific achievements and diverse technological innovations that have become indispensable to accompany the fact that they meet many needs, besides having invested various fields of modern life and participated in revolutionizing many cultures and traditions common in modern societies, imposing new forms of behavior offering a wide range of specificities and possibilities that eventually reduced the world to a small village. And over many centuries, the family has continued to play a vital role in shaping human perceptions and culture, and participating in the formation of a system of values to which it attaches itself, serves as benchmarks determining social behavioral foundations. But today much of this role is assigned to the Internet, which has opened the way to virtual communication styles that have replaced direct contact between individuals in the same family. This situation has led to the widening of the gap and the installation of the conflict between the generations of parents and children. With this in mind, our study shed light on the impact of the Internet on family communication. And to achieve the objectives of the study, we used the observation and questionnaire as essential research tools in the collection of indications and which were distributed on study samples of families distinct from El tarf city. The study aims to answer the following problematic: What are the implications of using the Internet on family communication? From the main question are branched the following secondary questions:

1- How does the Internet affect inter-family dialogue? 2- How does the Internet contribute to the limitation of forms of inter family communication? And after the theoretical and methodical treatment of the study, we arrived at a set of general results, including: 1- The Internet plays an important role in the influence of inter-family communication. 2- In view of the long time slots that children consume on the Internet communication network, a real influence impose its self to the socio family relations.
