Abstract

This study aimed to identify the extent to which Islamic banks apply liability mechanisms Social in all its fields, towards employees, towards customers, towards society, towards the environment), To achieve this, we relied on a set of annual reports and social responsibility reports of the Jordan Islamic Bank. The study concluded that the Jordan Islamic Bank is considered one of the leading Islamic institutions in achieving social responsibility mechanisms, and this is due to its contribution in most of its fields, as it contributed to financing the local community and training employees, granting good loans to craftsmen and professionals, and other economic, social and religious fields in which it contributed, as well as He seeks to continue Commitment to these mechanisms هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تطبيق البنوك الإسلامية لآليات المسؤولية الاجتماعية في جميع مجالاتها، تجاه الموظفين، تجاه العملاء، تجاه المجتمع، تجاه البيئة. ولتحقيق ذلك، اعتمدنا على مجموعة من التقارير السنوية وتقارير المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنك الإسلامي الأردني. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن البنك الإسلامي الأردني يُعد من المؤسسات الإسلامية الرائدة في تحقيق آليات المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وذلك لمساهمته في معظم مجالاته، حيث ساهم في تمويل المجتمع المحلي وتدريب الموظفين، ومنح القروض الميسرة للحرفيين والمهنيين، وغيرها من المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والدينية التي ساهم فيها، كما يسعى إلى مواصلة الالتزام بهذه الآليات.
