Enquête ethnobotanique et screening phytochimique d’une plante médicinale de la région d’EL-CHATT.

Abstract

Cette étude a été menée afin de mettre en évidence l’importance de la phytothérapie qui est considérablement négligée et d’élargir son importance dans le traitement, qui est l’origine et la source de la plupart des médicaments mis sur le marché. Nous nous sommes spécialisés dans l’étude d’une plante médicinale a savoir le romarin. Une plante répandue dans les zones côtières algériennes, y compris la wilaya d’EL-Tarf, où nous avons mené une étude sur les caractéristiques et l’importance de cette plante et ses diverses utilisations en médecine traditionnelle. En plus des tests phytochimiques ont été effectué afin d’identifier les différentes molécules actives présentes dans différentes parties de la plante : fleur et feuille. Les résultats obtenus sont conformes aux études cités dans la bibliographie. This study was conducted in order to highlight the importance of herbal medicine which is greatly neglected and to expand its importance in treatment, which is the origin and source of most drugs put on the market. We specialize in the study of a medicinal plant called rosemary. A plant widespread in Algerian coastal areas, including the wilaya of EL-Tarf, where we conducted a study on the characteristics and importance of this plant and its various uses in traditional medicine. In addition to the phytochemical tests were carried out in order to identify the different active molecules present in different parts of the plant: flower and leaf. The results obtained are consistent with the studies cited in the bibliography أُجريت هذه الدراسة من أجل تسليط الضوء على أهمية الطب العشبي الذي يُهمل كثيرًا وتوسيع أهميته في العلاج، وهو الأصل والمصدر لمعظم الأدوية المعروضة في السوق. ونحن نتخصص في دراسة نبات طبي يُدعى إكليل الجبل (الروزماري). وهو نبات منتشر في المناطق الساحلية الجزائرية، بما في ذلك ولاية الطارف، حيث أجرينا دراسة حول خصائص هذا النبات وأهميته واستخداماته المتنوعة في الطب التقليدي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم إجراء اختبارات كيميائية نباتية بهدف تحديد الجزيئات الفعالة المختلفة الموجودة في أجزاء النبات المختلفة: الزهرة والورقة. والنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها تتوافق مع الدراسات المذكورة في الببليوغرافيا.
