dc.description.abstract کإحدى أھم المؤسسات الاجتماعیة التي تعمل تحقیق التماسك والتكامل في الوظائف والمتصلة في مختلف مواقع والتطبیقات المصممة للسماح للأفراد بمشاركة المحتوى. حیت سنناقش مدى فعالیة ھذه المواقع في التأثیر المباشر على إحدى المسائل المھمة في تنشئة ذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة، وما مدى مساھمة ھذه الوسائل في تلبیة حاجاتھم و اشباعاتھم سواء في المجال التعلیمي أو الترفیھي و كیفیة تمكنھا من مشاركة الأسرة في تربیة و تنشئة أبنائھا والى أي حد استطاعت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أن تؤثر فیھم بحكم أنھا أصبحت تشكل سمة من سمات حیاتنا المعاصرة خاصة موقع الفیسبوك لما یتیحھ من خدمات، من خلال ھذه الدراسة اخترنا فئة ذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة لتسلیط الضوء على نمط استخدامات ھذه الفئة لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و كیفیة التأثیر علیھا ما خلال الحاجیات التي تتطلبھا والبحث عن حجم الفائدة المرجوة منھا أو العكس من ذلك، باعتبار أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مؤسسة من مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعیة بالغة الأھمیة و التأثیر والتوجیھ، ومن ھنا نطرح السؤال الرئیسي للإشكالیة فیما یمثل تأثیر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وخصوصا الفیسبوك على التنشئة الأسریة والتربویة لذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة؟ وعلیھ یندرج تحت السؤال الرئیسي مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعیة التالیة: كیف یؤثر الفایسبوك على التنشئة الأسریة والتربویة لذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة؟ • ما مدى مساھمة المقومات التعلیمیة والتربویة للأسرة الجزائریة في ظل تواجد • مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في عملیة التنشئة؟ ما من تأثیر المؤسسات المتخصصة بیداغوجیا على تنشئة ذوي الاحتیاجات • الخاصة؟ و بما أن ھذه الدراسة تنتمي إلى الدراسات الوصفیة قمنا فیھا بتحدید الإشكالیة وأسباب اختار الموضوع وأھمیتھ وأھدافھ ، بالإضافة التحدید المفاھیم الأساسیة والمقاربة، حیث اعتمدنا على المنھج الوصفي كضرورة بحثیة واخترنا دلیل المقابلة والاستمارة ضمن أدوات جمع البیانات،ثم التطرق المجالات الدراسة المكانیة والزمانیة والبشریة، واخترنا العینة المكونة من 32 فرد، وھي المسح الشامل لجمیع الموظفین، حیث تم استعراض كلا المتغیرین مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، نشأتھا،خصائصھا،خدماتھا، ایجابیاتھا وسلبیاتھا و تأثیر مواقع التواصل على ذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة أثناء استخدامھم لھا، أما المغیر الثاني فتطرقنا إلى قراءة نظریة لذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة، تصنیفاتھم وأبرز احتیاجاتھم. ملخص الدراسة وأخیرا قمنا بالمعالجة المیدانیة للدراسة وذلك بتحلیل البیانات کمیا في جداول إحصائیة ثم ترجمتھا کیفیا والتوصل إلى النتائج العلمیة والعامة حول الدراسة والإجابة على السؤال الرئیسي. وأخیرا توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج حول تأثیر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وتحدیدا الفیسبوك على فئة ذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة__

Where we will discuss the effectiveness of these sites in directly influencing one of the important issues in the upbringing of people with special needs, and the extent to which these means contribute to meeting their needs and gratifications, whether in the educational or entertainment field, and how they can participate in the family’s participation in the upbringing and upbringing of their children and to what extent they are able Social networking sites can affect them by virtue of the fact that they have become a feature of our contemporary life, especially the Facebook site for the services it provides. Through this study, we chose the category of people with special needs to shed light on the pattern of this category’s uses of social networking sites and how to influence them through the needs that require them and to search for the extent of the desired benefit from them or vice versa, given that the Imam’s communication sites are one of the institutions of social upbringing. Importance, influence and direction, and from here we ask the main question of the problem, what is the impact of social networking sites, especially Facebook, on the family and educational upbringing of people with special needs? Accordingly, a set of the following sub-questions fall under the main question:  How does Facebook affect the family and educational upbringing of people with special needs?  What is the extent of the contribution of the educational and educational components of the Algerian family in light of the presence of social networking sites in the process of upbringing?  What is the impact of pedagogical institutions on the upbringing of people with special needs? And since this study belongs to the descriptive studies, in which we have identified the problematic and the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance and objectives, in addition to defining the basic concepts and approach,Where we relied on the descriptive approach as a research necessity and chose the interview guide and the form within the data collection tools, then touched on the spatio-temporal and human fields of study, and we chose the sample of 32 individuals,It is a comprehensive survey of all employees,Where both variables were reviewed social networking sites, their inception, characteristics, service Its pros and cons and the impact of communication sites on people with special needs while they use them. As for the second change, we touched on a theoretical reading of people with special needs, their classifications and their most prominent needs. Finally, we conducted the field treatment of the study by analyzing the data quantitatively in statistical tables, then translating them qualitatively, and reaching scientific and general results about the study and answering the main question. Finally, the study reached a set of results about the impact of social networking sites, specifically Facebook, on the category of people with special needs
