It represents a constantly revolving menace That threatens society on various levels. Transnational crimes are committed across multiple countries, encompassing activities such as terrorism, human trafficking, and money laundering. Furthermore, they pose a significant threat to the security and stability of the international community due to the economic, social, and political damage they inflict. Consequently, it has become essential to activate international cooperation mechanisms to combat these crimes. This is evident in the efforts of international organizations, such as the International Criminel Police Organization (Interpol) and the United Nations, which relies on the Palermo Convention and its three supplementary protocols, as well as on enhancing international cooperation and information exchange. Regional organizations, including the Council of Europe, the European Union, and the League of Arab States, are also working diligently to combat transnational organized crime."
