تكنولوﺟيــــــا المعلوﻣـــــــــات والاتصــــــــــــال ودورها في تحسينﺟودة الخدﻣات المقدﻣة دراسة حالة اتصالات الجزائر

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of information and communication technology in improving service quality for Algeria Telecom customers in El Tarf state. The study was carried out using the descriptive and analytical approach using an interview with three directors of Algeria telecom services. The results of the study showed the contribution of information and communication technology to improving service quality. Algerie Telecom workers realize the importance of information and communication technology in providing high quality service, despite some of the shortcomings they face at work. Finally, some suggestions were put forward that would improve information and communication technology and service quality at Algeria Telecom. Keywords: information and communication technology, quality of service, Algeria Telecom تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة لعملاء اتصالات الجزائر في ولاية الطارف. وقد أجريت الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، من خلال مقابلة مع ثلاثة مديرين في خدمات اتصالات الجزائر. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين جودة الخدمة. ويدرك موظفو اتصالات الجزائر أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة، على الرغم من بعض أوجه القصور التي يواجهونها في عملهم. وأخيرًا، قُدّمت بعض المقترحات التي من شأنها تحسين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وجودة الخدمة في اتصالات الجزائر.
