Abstract

يُعدّ التواصل من أهمّ المواضيع التي شغلت اهتمام الباحثين والمفكرين في مختلف فروع المعرفة، إذ يُعدّ عمليةً حيويةً لنجاح واستمرارية أيّ مؤسسة، سواءً أكانت ثقافية أم تعليمية. وقد تمثّلت أسباب اختيارنا لهذا الموضوع في معرفة أهمية ودور التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تفعيل استراتيجية التواصل داخل المؤسسة التعليمية في ظلّ جائحة كورونا. وقد استخدمنا في بحثنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، كما استخدمنا المنهج الاستمارة. وقد طبّقنا دراستنا على الفريق التربوي في مدرسة ركب بشير الابتدائية بولاية الطرف، وقد أطلقنا عليه عنوانًا مناسبًا، حيث احتوى الفصل الأول، الذي حمل عنوان "الإطار المفاهيمي والمنهجي للدراسة"، على مشكلة الدراسة وأهمّ فرضياتها، بالإضافة إلى أهمية الدراسة وأهدافها. أما الفصل الثاني، فكان بعنوان "ما هي التكنولوجيا الحديثة"، حيث ناقشنا فيه مفهوم التكنولوجيا الحديثة، ومكوناتها، وأهدافها، وخصائصها، وأنواعها، بالإضافة إلى التكنولوجيا الحديثة المستخدمة في التعليم، وأهمية استخدامها.

أما الفصل الثالث، فقد عرضنا فيه استراتيجية الاتصال في المؤسسة التعليمية الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا.

أما الفصل الرابع، فقد تضمن الجانب الميداني للدراسة، متبعين منهج البحث العلمي. وتوصلت الدراسة في النهاية إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: - ساهمت التكنولوجيا الحديثة بشكل كبير في تفعيل استراتيجية الاتصال داخل المؤسسة التعليمية، وخاصة في ظل جائحة كورونا، حيث عملت على تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة بنسبة كبيرة، وذلك من خلال تبادل المعلومات عبر وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة.

Communication is one of the most important topics that occupied the attention of researchers and thinkers in various branches of knowledge, as it is a vital process for the success and continuity of any institution, whether cultural or educational. Corona, and therefore standing at the reasons for our choice of the topic is to know the importance and role of modern technology in activating the communication strategy within the educational institution in light of the Corona pandemic. In our research, we used the descriptive-analytical approach due to its relevance to the nature of the subject. We also used the form. We applied our study to the educational team at the elementary school in Rakab Bashir, Wilayat El Tarf. We called it an appropriate title, as the first chapter, which was entitled the conceptual and methodological framework of the study, contained the problem of the study and its most important hypotheses, as well as the importance and objectives of the study. As for the second chapter, it was under the title What modern technology is, in which we discussed the concept of modern technology, its components, objectives, characteristics and types, as well as modern technology used in education and the importance of using modern technology in education. As for the third chapter, we presented the communication strategy in the Algerian educational institution in the light of the Corona pandemic. As for the fourth chapter, it included the field part of the study, following the methodology of scientific research. Finally, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - Modern technology has greatly contributed to activating the communication strategy within the educational institution, especially in light of the Corona pandemic, as it has worked to achieve the institution’s goals by a large percentage, and this is through the exchange of information through modern technology means.
