Abstract

ىدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف عمى التصميم الأرغونومي في بيئة العمل ودوره في التقميل من المخاطر المينية د ا رسة ميدانية بمصمحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق مديرية الأشغال العمومية بالطارف - وقد تمحورت إشكالية الد ا رسة في السؤال المركزي التالي : كيف يساهم التصميم الارغونومي لبيئة العمل في التقليل من المخاطر المونية بمصلحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق مديرية الاشغال العمومية الطارف - وانشق منو التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: *ىل تعتمد مصلحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق مديرية الاشغال العمومية الطارف في تصميم - الآلات عمى قد ا رت وامكانات العمال ؟ *ىل تعتمد مصلحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق مديرية الاشغال العمومية الطارف عمى ب ا رمج - الوقاية الصحية لتجنب وقوع العمال في الأخطار المينية "حوادث العمل"، "الأم ا رض المينية" ؟ 2024 وتكونت عينة الد ا رسة من عمال مصمحة / وأجريت الد ا رسة الميدانية حول الموسم الد ا رسي 2023 استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق واستخدمنا المنيج الوصفي لمناسبتو مع نوع الد ا رسة وتحميل بياناتيا وتبيان العلاقة بين مكوناتيا ولتحقيق أىداف الد ا رسة تم الاعتماد عمى الاستبيان يتكون من 11 عبارة توزعت عمى محورين أساسين بالإضافة إلى معمومات خاصة بالبيانات الشخصية والتي تضمنت السن الحالة الاجتماعية وعدد سنوات العمل. محور خاص بتصميم الآلات حسب قد ا رت وامكانيات العمال بمصمحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق بمديرية الأشغال العمومية بولاية الطارف والذي تكون من 10 بنود وكانت معظم الإجابة عميو بين نعم ولا. ملخص الدراسة محور خاص بب ا رمج الوقاية الصحية لتجنب وقوع العمال في المخاطر المينية ،حوادث العمل أم ا رض مينية لعمال بمصمحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق بمديرية الأشغال العمومية بولاية الطارف والذي تكون من 1 بنود وكان معظم إجابتيم نعم ولا. ويتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: لقد طرحنا في د ا رستنا مجموعة من التساؤلات والتي من خلال إجاباتنا عمييا تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: من خلال إجابات العمال فيما يخص التساؤل الفرعي الأول والذي كان نصو تصميم الآلات حسب قد ا رت وامكانيات العمال نستنتج أن اتجاىات العمال حول تصميم الآلات كانت مرتفعة إجابتيم ب*نعم *وعميو نستنتج أن مصمحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق بمديرية الإشغال العمومية الطارف تصميم الآلات بشكل يتيح لمعمال استخداميا بسيولة و ا رحة مما يقمل ذلك من الإجياد وفرص الإصابات وبالتالي فان التصميم الذكي لبيئة العمل أكثر أمانا وفعالية يعزز رضا العمال وانتاجيتيم فيما يخص التساؤل الفرعي الثاني والذي كان نصو ب ا رمج ال وقاية الصحية لتجنب وقوع العمال في المخاطر المينية من حوادث عمل وأم ا رض مينية نستنتج أن مصمحة استغلال وصيانة شبكة الطرق مديرية الأشغال العمومية بالطارف تعمل وفقا لب ا رمج الوقاية المينية وذلك تجنبا لوقوع الحوادث والأم ا رض المينية من خلال تعزيز الوعي وتوفير التد ريب وتطبيق السياسات والإج ا رءات الأمنية وىذه الب ا رمج تساىم في تخفيض مخاطر الإصابات والأم ا رض في كل مكان.

The study aimed to identify ergonomic design in the work environment and its role in reducing occupational risks - a field study in the Department of Road Network Exploitation and Maintenance, Directorate of Public Works in Al-Tarf. The problem of the study revolved around the following central question: The following sub-questions emerged from it: *Does the Public Works Corporation rely on the capabilities and abilities of workers in designing machines? *Does the Public Works Corporation rely on health prevention programs to avoid workers falling into occupational hazards “work accidents” and “occupational diseases”? The field study was conducted during the 2023/2024 academic season, and the study sample consisted of workers in the Road Network Exploitation and Maintenance Department. We used the descriptive approach to suit the type of study, analyzed its data, and demonstrated the relationship between its components. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on a questionnaire consisting of 18 statements divided into two main axes, in addition to information related to personal data, which included age, marital status, and number of years of work. ملخص الدراسة A special axis for designing machines according to the abilities and capabilities of workers in the Department of Road Network Exploitation and Maintenance in the Public Works Directorate in the state of Al-Tarf, which consists of 10 items. Most of the answers were yes or no. The following results are reached: In our study, we raised a set of questions, and through our answers, the following results were reached: Through the workers’ answers regarding the first sub-question, which was to design machines according to the workers’ abilities and capabilities, we conclude that the workers’ attitudes regarding the design of the machines were high. Their answer was “yes.” Accordingly, we conclude that the Department of Road Network Exploitation and Maintenance in the Al-Tarf Public Works Directorate designs the machines in a way that allows the workers to use them. Easily and comfortably, which reduces stress and chances of injury. Therefore, the smart ملخص الدراسة design of the work environment is safer and more effective and enhances worker satisfaction and productivity Regarding the second sub-question, which included health prevention programs to avoid workers falling into occupational hazards such as work accidents and occupational diseases, we conclude that the Road Network Exploitation and Maintenance Authority, the Directorate of Public Works in Al-Tarf, works in accordance with occupational prevention programs in order to avoid the occurrence of occupational accidents and diseases by enhancing awareness and providing training. Implementing security policies and procedures and these programs contribute to reducing the risks of injuries and diseases everywhere.
