Abstract

The main objective of this study is to identify the extent of the administrative leadership’s ability to develop administrative creativity in SOMIPHOS, considering the topic of administrative leadership and administrative creativity as one of the most important topics that determine the fate and survival of institutions. On the study of the phenomenon as it exists in reality through narration and analysis, and the SPSS26 program was used during the analysis of 31 studyable questionnaires distributed to the sample members in the institution under study. The motivating factor for the organization and the only way towards growth and advancement, and the most important thing recommended by this study is to pay more attention to the aspect of administrative creativity in institutions by giving workers sufficient freedom to perform their work in a way that suits their inclinations and abilities.
