Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of entrepreneurial culture in establishing emerging institutions, The culture of society and the family has role in creating the entrepreneurial culture, which encourages and stimulates innovation and achievement, draw for people the paths of excellence and competition, Contribute to the establishment of contracting projects that provide the conditions for their implementation and establishment. Therefore, the entrepreneurial culture and examples of emerging institutions in some foreign and arab countries were presented in order to benefit from them and transfer their advantages to Algerian economy. The study concluded that there is an important role for the factors of consolidating the entrepreneurial culture in the establishment of emerging institutions, as there are several factors that effect the contractor, whether internal or external, And it was found through the study that there are several successful foreign and arab experiences in promoting the entrepreneurial culture, As well as there are arab and foreign models of successful institutions تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة. لثقافة المجتمع والأسرة دورٌ في ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، التي تشجع وتحفز الابتكار والإنجاز، وترسم للناس مسارات التميز والمنافسة، وتساهم في إقامة مشاريع مقاولات توفر شروط تنفيذها وتأسيسها. لذلك، تم عرض ثقافة ريادة الأعمال ونماذج من المؤسسات الناشئة في بعض الدول الأجنبية والعربية، وذلك للاستفادة منها ونقل مزاياها إلى الاقتصاد الجزائري. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن لعوامل ترسيخ ثقافة ريادة الأعمال دورًا هامًا في إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، إذ توجد عدة عوامل تؤثر على المقاول، سواءً داخليًا أو خارجيًا. وتبين من خلال الدراسة وجود العديد من التجارب الأجنبية والعربية الناجحة في تعزيز ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، فضلًا عن وجود نماذج عربية وأجنبية ناجحة لمؤسسات.
