دور المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية في حماية البيئة

Abstract

تعتبر البيئة من المواضيع ذات الأهمية الكبرى على الصعيد العالمي، خاصة في ظل التقدم الصناعي والتكنولوجي الذي عرفته البشرية في العصر الراهن فضلا عن كونها تعد تراثاً مشتركًا للإنسانية، مما يتطلب التعاون الدولي لحمايتها من التلوث والتدهور. في هذا السياق ظهرت المنظمات غير الحكومية آخذة على عاتقها مهمة حماية البيئة، ولعبت دورًا بارزًا في هذا المجال . هذه المنظمات تعتبر من الفواعل الدولية، وتسعى لإثارة الم سؤولية القانونية عن أي ضرر بيئي قد يحدث نتيجة لممارسات الأشخاص المعنوية أو الطبيعية عن طريق رفع الدعاوى القضائية ضدها، كما تقوم بأنشطة متعددة تتراوح بين التوعية البيئية ودعم السياسات العامة الصديقة للبيئة، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات الدولية، وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية والقانونية. دور هذه المنظمات أصبح ضروريًا مع تزايد التحديات البيئية، مثل تغير المناخ، وفقدان التنوع البيولوجي، والتلوث بكل أنواعه. وبذلك، تساهم في تعزيز الوعي البيئي العالمي، وتحفيز الدول والشركات على تبني ممارسات مستدامة تحمي البيئة للأجيال القادمة . Environment is considered one of the topics of great importance at the global level, especially in light of the industrial and technological progress that humanity has witnessed in the current era. The environment is developing a new common heritage, which requires international cooperation to protect it from pollution and proliferation. In this context, there are non-governmental bodies that carry out the task of protecting the environment, with the exception of part of them in this. These organizations are considered subjects of international law, and bear legal responsibility for any environmental damage that may occur as a result of the actions or omissions of the natural persons they represent. These organizations carry out multiple activities ranging from environmental awareness, supporting environmentally friendly public policies, participating in international conferences, providing technical and legal consultations, all the way to filing legal lawsuits against parties that cause environmental pollution or destruction. The role of these organizations has become necessary with increasing environmental challenges, such as climate change, loss of biodiversity, and pollution of all kinds. Thus, it contributes to enhancing global environmental awareness, and motivating countries and companies to adopt sustainable practices that protect the environment for future generations
