Abstract

Résumé À travers ce modeste travail nous avons proposé un exemple de cahier des charges pour une exploitation Apicole Bio, en donnant un exemple des conditions essentielles de cette production qui pourrait devenir une manne financière pour notre pays. Nous nous sommes aussi intéressés à l’inventaire végétal de la région d’étude, aussi aux techniques d’audit d’exploitation apicole de miel bio selon les critères de huit cahier des charges; ainsi que les analyses physico-chimiques du miel d’exploitation pour évaluer l’impact des critères de conformité sur la qualité physico-chimique du miel en comparaison avec un miel commercial connus par les consommateurs. Globalement nous avons identifié 101 espèces de plantes à fleurs dans la région de Zriba (Séraïdi-Annaba). Les résultats d’audit de l’exploitation apicole de Zriba présente un taux de conformité entre 61,16% et 73,31%, ces valeurs sont conformes aux règles de cahier des charges Bio européen et NOP/NOSB. Les résultats des analyses physico-chimiques des 2 miels obtenus sont dans les normes internationales et européennes; notamment pour le miel d’exploitation auditée qui montre des valeurs conformes avec les normes des cahiers des charges du miel bio concerné. Abstract Through this modest work we have proposed an example of specifications for an Apicole Bio farm, giving an example of the essential conditions of this production which could become a financial windfall for our country. We were also interested in the plant inventory of the study area, also in the auditing techniques of beekeeping organic honey according to the criteria of eight specifications; as well as physicochemical analyzes of honey exploitation to evaluate the impact of compliance criteria on the physico-chemical quality of honey compared to a commercial honey known by consumers. Globally we have identified 101 species of flowering plants in the Zriba region (Séraïdi-Annaba). The audit results of the Zriba beekeeping operation show a compliance rate between 61.16% and 73.31%, these values are in accordance with the European Bio and NOP / NOSB specifications. The results of the physicochemical analyzes of the 2 honeys obtained are in international and European standards; especially for the audited exploitation honey which shows values in accordance with the standards of the specifications of the organic honey concerned. ملخص من خلال هذا العمل المتواضع، قمنا باقتراح مثال عن دفتر شروط من أجل مستثمرة نحل عضوي، بإعطاء مثال عن الشروط الأساسية لهذا الإنتاج الذي يمكن أن يصبح مصدر مالي لبلدنا. كما صب اهتمامنا كذلك جرد للغطاء النباتي في منطقة الدراسة، أيضا لتقنيات التسميع لمستثمرة نحل العسل العضوي حسب خصائص ثمانية دفاتر شروط ، كذلك للتحاليل الفزيائية والكميائية لعسل المستثمرة من أجل الكشف عن تأثير شروط الموافقة للعسل بمقارنته مع عسل تجاري معروف لدى المستهلكين. نتائج عملنا هذا، فيما يخص جرد الغطاء النباتي لقد قمنا بتمييز 101 نبتة مزهرة في منطقة الزريبة )سرايدي_عنابة(. نتائج التسميع المجرى في مستثمرة النحل الزريبة تظهر نسبة موافقة تتراوح بين 61,16% و 73,31% هذين القيمتين من أجل موافقة عامة أمام قواعد دفاتر الشروط هي ل NOP/NOSB على التوالي. نتائج عشرة أنواع من التحاليل الفزيائية والكميائية المتحصل عليها لعينتي العسل، كانت على العموم موافقة للمعايير الدولية والأروبية ،خاصة بالنسبة للعسل المنتج على مستوى المستثمرة الخاضعة للتسميع حيث أظهرت موافقة مع معايير دفاتر الشروط المتعلقة بإنتاج العسل العضوي
