| dc.description.sponsorship | The current study seeks to identify the existing relationship between organizational communication patterns and administrative creativity within the institution by posing a problematic that is to determine the relationship between organizational communication patterns and its relationship to administrative creativity - a field study in the Civil Protection Unit of the Wilayat of El-Tarif. In our research, we dealt with three hypotheses: 1 . Good planning of the communication process leads to effective achievement. 2 . Informal communication helps in increasing production rates. 3 . Clarity of communication channels increases workers' skills. We used in our study the descriptive and analytical approach. This study was applied to a sample of the total population of the research, where we intended 20 respondents from the total prevention in place, and we came in our current study to the following results: •A good planning process leads to effective delivery. Informal communication contributes to increasing production rates. •Clarity of communication channels increases workers' skills. | |
