Abstract

This study aims to identify and diagnose the role that information and communication technology plays in improving the performance of Algeria Post Office in El Tarf. To achieve this, the study included surveying the opinions of a random sample of 30 employees from the mentioned institution. The field study used a questionnaire designed according to a five-point Likert scale, and various statistical methods were used to analyze the study data. The study found that Algeria Post Office in El Tarf pays significant attention to both information and communication technology and performance improvement by providing a suitable environment for them. The study concluded with a set of important suggestions, including the necessity of raising awareness among the human resources of the institution about the utmost importance of information and communication technology in the modern era. It emphasized the need to gradually move away from traditional tools and consider diversifying available programs and devices to enhance efficiency and achieve goals تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد وتشخيص دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين أداء مكتب بريد الجزائر بالطارف. ولتحقيق ذلك، شملت الدراسة استطلاع آراء عينة عشوائية من 30 موظفًا من موظفي المؤسسة المذكورة. واستخدمت الدراسة الميدانية استبيانًا مصممًا وفقًا لمقياس ليكرت الخماسي، واستُخدمت أساليب إحصائية متنوعة لتحليل بيانات الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن مكتب بريد الجزائر بالطارف يُولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وتحسين الأداء من خلال توفير بيئة عمل مناسبة لهم. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات المهمة، منها ضرورة توعية الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة بالأهمية القصوى لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في العصر الحديث، والتحول التدريجي نحو الاستغناء عن الأدوات التقليدية، والتفكير في تنويع البرامج والأجهزة المتاحة لتعزيز الكفاءة وتحقيق الأهداف.
