Abstract

تهدف دراستنا لهذا الموضوع إلى دراسة عمل ضباط الشرطة القضائية والمهام الموكلة إليهم في ظل إشراف مزدوج، حيث يديرهم النائب العام، بينما يشرف عليهم النائب العام أثناء إجراءات التحقيق والتحرّي، ويراقبهم ويتابعهم ويقيّمهم. ويخضع كل إجراء يستلزم إخطارًا قبل الشروع فيه للإخطار.

: L’objectif de notre étude est d’examiner le travail des officiers de police judiciaire et les missions qui leur sont confiées sous une double supervision : le procureur de la République les encadre, tandis que le procureur général les supervise pendant le processus d’enquête et d’instruction, les contrôle, les suit et les évalue. Toute action nécessitant une notification préalable est soumise à notification. Mots-clés : Police judiciaire, Flagrant délit, Procureur de la République, Procureur de la République. Abstract: The purpose of our study of this topic is to examine the work of judicial police officers and the tasks assigned to them under dual supervision, whereby the Public Prosecutor manages them, while the Attorney General supervises them during the investigation and inquiry process, monitors, follows up, and evaluates them.
