كفاءة سيولة المؤسسة الاقتصادية في ظل التحول الرقمي دراسة حالة اتصالات الجزائر الطارف

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى إسهام التحول الرقمي في تعزيز كفاءة سيولة المؤسسة الاقتصادية، مع التطبيق على مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – وحدة الطارف –، اعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، فيما شكل الاستبيان الأداة الرئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 20 موظفا عبر 31 فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة بلغت مستوى رقميا ناضجا يتجلى في اعتماد التقنيات الرقمية في مجمل عملياتها وخفض تكاليفها التشغيلية، وأن للتحول الرقمي دورا محوريا في ضبط التدفقات النقدية وتسريع التحصيل وتعزيز القدرة التنبؤية للسيولة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الإجمالي لمحاور الاستبيان 90.2%، مما يثبت إحصائيا صحة الفرضية الرئيسية للدراسة. This studyaims to reveal the extent to which digital transformation contributes to enhancing the liquidityefficiency of an economic institution, with application to Algeria Telecom – El Tarf Unit –. The descriptive analyticalapproachwasadopted in the theoretical aspect, and the case studyapproach in the applied aspect, while the questionnaire constituted the main tool for collecting data from a sample of 20 employeesacross 31 items distributed over four axes. The studyconcludedthat the organization has reached a mature digital level, manifested in the adoption of digital technologies in all itsoperations and the reduction of its operating costs. Digital transformation plays a pivotal role in controlling cash flows, accelerating collection, and enhancing the predictive power of liquidity.
