واقع تطبيق تسيير الازمات في المؤسسة في ظل جائحةCovid-19-

Abstract

This study aims to learn the reality of the application of crises in the institution under the Covid- 19 pandemic, and the extent of the Algerian State's contribution to the protection of economic institutions from this crisis. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher focused on the most important crisis management strategies in economic institutions. In the study, we relied on the use of the analytical descriptive curriculum, based on the interview. The study found a number of results, the most important of which was that the Foundation worked to implement a special strategy for the implementation of the health crisis. It worked to reduce its expenditures, especially in terms of workers' expenditures. It also concluded that the institution should be expanded to branches in order to distribute its products and to provide solutions to cope with the current economic crisis تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسة في ظل جائحة كوفيد-19، ومدى مساهمة الدولة الجزائرية في حماية المؤسسات الاقتصادية من هذه الأزمة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، ركز الباحث على أهم استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات الاقتصادية. واعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على المقابلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها أن المؤسسة عملت على تطبيق استراتيجية خاصة لإدارة الأزمة الصحية، وعملت على خفض نفقاتها، لا سيما نفقات العمال. كما خلصت إلى ضرورة توسيع نطاق عمل المؤسسة ليشمل فروعًا لتوزيع منتجاتها، وتقديم حلول لمواجهة الأزمة الاقتصادية الراهنة.
