التصميم الارغونومي وعلاقته بجودة العمل لدى عمال بلدية الطارف دراسة ميدانية بلدية الطارف

Abstract

عنوان الدراسة: التصميم الهندسي وعلاقته بجودة العمل بين عمال بلدية الطارف. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التصميم الهندسي وعلاقته بجودة العمل داخل بلدية الطارف. وتنبثق الأسئلة الفرعية التالية من ذلك: - هل فعالية استخدام الكمبيوتر لها علاقة بجودة العمل لدى عمال بلدية الطارف؟ - هل فعالية استخدام الكمبيوتر لها علاقة بجودة العمل لدى عمال بلدية الطارف؟ - هل الظروف المادية لها علاقة بجودة العمل لدى عمال بلدية الطارف؟ أُجريت الدراسة خلال العام الأكاديمي 2022/2023 م، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع موظفي قسم التنظيم والشؤون العامة البالغ عددهم 30 موظفًا في بلدية الطارف. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته مع نوع الدراسة من خلال وصف الظاهرة التي تتناولها الدراسة، وتحليل بياناتها، وإظهار العلاقة بين مكوناتها.

لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على استبيان مكون من 15 سؤالًا موزعة على 3 محاور رئيسية، بالإضافة إلى المعلومات المتعلقة بالبيانات الشخصية للموظفين، والتي تشمل: الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، الحالة الاجتماعية، والخبرة المهنية.

- محور خاص باستخدام الحاسوب وعلاقته بجودة العمل، ويتكون من 5 بنود، والإجابة عليها كانت بنعم أو لا. - محور يتعلق بمكان الجلوس وعلاقته بجودة العمل، ويتكون من 5 بنود، والإجابة عليها كانت بنعم.محور خاص بالظروف البدنية وعلاقتها بجودة العمل، ويتكون من 05 عناصر، والإجابة عليها بنعم أو لا. تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - فعالية استخدام الكمبيوتر مرتبطة بجودة العمل بين عمال بلدية الطارف. - وضعية الجلوس لها علاقة بجودة العمل بين عمال بلدية الطارف. - الظروف البدنية لها علاقة بجودة العمل بين عمال بلدية الطارف. The title of the study : ergonomic desiga and its relationship to the quality of work among the workers of El Tarf municipality. This study aimed to identify the crgonomic design and its relationship to the quality of work within the municipality of El Tarf. The following sub-question derive from this : -Does the effectiveness of using the computer have a relatioship with the quality of work for El-Tarf municipality workers ? -Does the effectiveness of using the computer have a relatioship with the quality of work for El-Tarf municipality workers ? -Does the physical conditions have a relationship with the quality of work for the workers of El tarf Municipality ? The study was conducted during the academic year 2022/2023 AD, and the study sample consisted of all 30 employees of the departement of organization and public Affairs in the municipality of El tarf. The descrptive approch was relied upon for its suitability with the type of study by describing the phenomenon that is the subject of the study, analizing its dats, and showing the relationship between its components. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions was relied on 03 main axes, in addition to information on personnel data, wich incluse : gueder, age, educational level, marital status ans professionnel experience. - A special axis on the use of the computer and its relationship to the quality of work, consisting of 05 items, and the answer to i twas yes or no. - An axis related to the siting position and its relationship to the quality of work, consisting of 05 items, and the answer to i twas yes or no.
