Abstract

This study aims to reveal the reality of training in its various dimensions, and to determine the role that training plays in improving the performance of employees in the organization, through a random sample consisting of (30) individuals from the workers of the Algerian Insurance and Reinsurance Company in Al-Tarf. A questionnaire form was used to collect data from the respondents. This data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program for the social sciences (SPSS), and among the most important results reached in the field were: - There is an impact of training on the performance of employees at the Insurance and Reinsurance Corporation. - The Insurance and Reinsurance Corporation trains its employees periodically. - The training programs implemented by the Insurance and Reinsurance Corporation led to achieving quality and accuracy in work - A large number of employees at the Insurance and Reinsurance Corporation benefit from training programs and contribute to improving their knowledge and skills تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التدريب بمختلف أبعاده، وتحديد دوره في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال عينة عشوائية مكونة من (30) فردًا من العاملين في الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين وإعادة التأمين بالطارف. وقد استُخدمت استمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين. وتم تحليل هذه البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، ومن أهم النتائج الميدانية التي تم التوصل إليها: - يوجد تأثير للتدريب على أداء العاملين في مؤسسة التأمين وإعادة التأمين. - تقوم مؤسسة التأمين وإعادة التأمين بتدريب موظفيها بشكل دوري. - أدت البرامج التدريبية التي تنفذها مؤسسة التأمين وإعادة التأمين إلى تحقيق الجودة والدقة في العمل. - يستفيد عدد كبير من العاملين في مؤسسة التأمين وإعادة التأمين من البرامج التدريبية، مما يُسهم في تحسين معارفهم ومهاراتهم.
