Abstract

تسعى ىذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التعاون بين الدول في مجال مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية، والتي تعتبر تحديًا عالميًا يتطلب استجابة دولية متكاملة ومنسقة. وتتضمن آليات التعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة الجريمة المعلوماتية تبادل المعلومات الرقمية والتحقيق المشترك وتطوير القوانين والتشريعات ذات الصلة، حيث يمكن أن تشمل الجهات المشاركة في ىذا التعاون الدولي الإنتربول، والمنظمات الدولية الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى التعاون الثنائي بين الدول. أما في السياق الجزائ ري، يجري تعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة الج ريمة المعلوماتية من خلال العديد من المراسيم والقوانين، بالإضافة إلى توقيع اتفاقيات مع دول . ومع ذلك، قد تواجو الجزائر تحديات مثل ضعف البنية التحتية التكنولوجية والتشريعات غير الكافية، الأمر الذي يستدعي تعزيز الجهود المحلية لتحسين القدرات في ىذا المجال.وىو ما يلقي الضوء على أهمية التعاون الدولي في مكافحة الجريمة المعلوماتية، ويستعرض تحديات وفرص التعاون في السياق الجزائري مع التركيز على تعزيز القدرات المحلية وتطوير التشريعات ذات الصلة.

This study aims to highlight the importance of international cooperation in combating cybercrime, which is a global challenge requiring an integrated and coordinated international response. Mechanisms for international cooperation in combating cybercrime include the exchange of digital information, joint investigations, and the development of relevant laws and regulations. Participants in this international cooperation can include INTERPOL, other international organizations, as well as bilateral cooperation between countries. In the Algerian context, international cooperation in combating cybercrime is being strengthened through various decrees and laws, in addition to signing agreements with other countries. However, Algeria may face challenges such as weak technological infrastructure and inadequate legislation, necessitating the enhancement of local efforts to improve capacities in this field. This underscores the importance of international cooperation in combating cybercrime and reviews the challenges and opportunities for cooperation in the Algerian context, focusing on enhancing local capacities and developing relevant legislation. .
