دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي دراسة حالة

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة، نهدف إلى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي شركة اتصالات الجزائر فرع الطارف. حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان وبرنامج (SPSS)، وذلك لمعرفة آراء الموظفين حول دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحسين مستوى أدائهم داخل المؤسسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها أن مصير المؤسسات أصبح مرهونًا بقدرتها على تحسين أداء العاملين فيها بشكل عملي، وأن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات تلعب دورًا هامًا في رفع إنتاجية العمل داخل المؤسسة، وتساعد على إنجاز الأعمال المطلوبة من العاملين بدقة، وتتيح تواصلًا جيدًا بين العاملين والمرؤوسين، وتساعد على سرعة اتخاذ القرارات، كما تتميز عملية تحسين الأداء بالاستمرارية للمؤسسة. Through this study, we aim to identify the role of information communication technology in improving the job performance of the employees of Algeria Telecom El Tarf branch. Where the study was based on the questionnaire and the (SPSS) program, in order to know the opinions of employees about the role played by information and communication technology in improving the level of their performance within the organization.. The study reached a set of results, including that the fate of institutions has become dependent on their ability to improve the performance of their workers in a more practical way, and information and communication technology plays an important role in raising the productivity of work within the institution, and helps in the completion of work eaten for workers accurately, and allows good communication between workers and subordinates, and It helps speed in making decisions, and the process of improving performance is characterized by continuity for the organization
