dc.description.abstract Improving the quality of written production through collaborative learning is one of the objectives of learning and learning (French, foreign language) and raises the interest of specialists in the field of teaching, which has become a question. Therefore, our research has indicated to demonstrate the effectiveness of cooperative writing as a teaching strategy in solving this problem. To develop this work, we de voted theoretical frame work to presenting some concepts related to collaborative work and written production in French (foreign language). To support theoretical frame work, we experimented with the third year secondary students through their writings. We reviewed and analyzed them and compared the individual and other written productions achieved after the review. The findings show that collaborative work is a tool to improve education and to encourage learners to work in groups. In other words, group work and group review drives motivation to build self-confidence and, most importantly, it helps to develop language skills.
