دور نظام المعلومات في تحسين اداء المؤسسة

Abstract

The aim of this study was to clarify the role of information systems in enhancing strategic decisions. The administrative information system is of great importance in the decision-making process within an organization. Decision-makers rely on obtaining information, which greatly contributes to problem-solving through the following stages: the first stage involves identifying the problem and analyzing the information, while the second and third stages involve making decisions and alternatives to solve the problem while maintaining continuous communication with other departments in case tasks or responsibilities are shared among different interests or departments. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور نظم المعلومات في تعزيز القرارات الاستراتيجية. يُعدّ نظام المعلومات الإدارية ذا أهمية بالغة في عملية صنع القرار داخل المنظمة. يعتمد متخذو القرار على الحصول على المعلومات، مما يُسهم بشكل كبير في حل المشكلات من خلال المراحل التالية: تتضمن المرحلة الأولى تحديد المشكلة وتحليلها، بينما تتضمن المرحلتان الثانية والثالثة اتخاذ القرارات والبدائل لحل المشكلة، مع الحفاظ على التواصل المستمر مع الإدارات الأخرى في حال تقاسم المهام أو المسؤوليات بين مختلف المصالح أو الإدارات.
