Abstract

إلى انعطافها الكبير لمنظومة التعليم العالي والمحاولة لتحسين مخرجاتها من جهة وتغيير فلسفة التعليم وسياست ه من جهة أخرى في عصر إتسم بالثقافة العالمية، ويمثل الأستاذ الجامعي أساس العملية التعليمية في الجامعة لهذا تعمل سياسة الجامعة الج ا زئرية على تحسين أدائه من خلال توظيف الرقمنة وإنشاء منصات رقمية خاصة بذل ك حيث هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة الدور التي تلعبه المنصات الرقمية في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي . ومن هذا المنطق تمحورت إشكالية د ا رستنا للبحث والإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي التالي ما هو دور المنصات الرقيمة في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي؟ ويتفرع عن هذا التساؤل الأسئلة الفرعية التالية : - كيف تساهم المنصات الرقمية في تمكين الأستاذ الجامعي من العملية التعليمية . - ما هو انعكاس المنصات الرقمية على تسيير المسار المهني للأستاذ الجامعي ؟ - كيف تسهم المنصات الرقمية في ترقية نشاط ابحث العلمي للأستاذ الجامعي بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعي ة بجامعة الطارف . ولقد تم الإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة من خلال الد ا رسة الميدانية بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد – كلية العلو م الإنسانية والاجتماعية لولاية الطارف وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واختيار طريقة المسح الشامل في د ا رستنا نظ ا ر لصغر حجم الد ا رسة ، والاعتماد على أداة الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات إلى جانب استخدام المقابلة كأداة مساعدة في جم ع البيانا ت . فقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : - تعتمد كلية العلوم الاجتماعية، جامعة الطارف تعتمد في عملية التدريس على التعليم (عن بعد) الإلكترون ي كتعليم مدمج مكمل للتعليم الحضوري . - توجد منصات رقمية خاصة بالتوظيف وترقيات للأستاذ الجامعي بالكلية محل الد ا رسة من خلال الاطلاع عل ى فرص العمل والمسابقات وكذا الأو ا رق المهنية ومتابعة الأبحاث والابتكا ا رت في مجال التعليم والمجال العمل . - الأساتذة الجامعيين دائما ما يسعون لنشر مقالات في مجلات علمية وطنية ودولية عبر المنصات الرقمية، كما أنهم منضمين لمخابر بحثية وطنية عبر روابط إلكترونية ويشاركون في الندوات والملتقيات العلمية والوطنية . The topic of digital platforms has attracted the attention of many researchers and thinkers in recent times. This is due to the major transformation in the higher education system and the attempt to improve its outcomes in one aspect, and the impact of the philosophy of education and its policies on another aspect as an effective element in scientific culture. The university professor represents the main element in the educational process at the university. This study aimed understand the role of digital platforms in improving the performance of university professors and the challenges they face in employing these platforms through their availability and access within the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Chadli Bendjedid University – El Tarf. From this standpoint, the research problem was formulated by addressing the main question : - What is the role of digital platforms in improving the performance of university professors ? This is broken down into the following sub-questions : - How do digital platforms contribute to enabling university professors in the educational process ? - What is the reflection of digital platforms on guiding the professional path of university professors ? - How do digital platforms contribute to enhancing the scientific activity of university professors in the faculty of humanities and social sciences at El Tarf University ? These questions wera answered through a field study at Chadli Bendjedid University in El Tarf – Faculty of Humanities and social Sciences. The study used the descriptive approach and selected a comprehensive survey method due to the small sample size. The questionnaire was adopted as the main data collection tool, alongside the interview as a supporting tool. We reached the following results : - The faculty of Humanities and social sciences at El Tarf University relies on distance learning (online learning) as a basic method in the teaching process. - There are specific digital platforms for the employment of university professors at the faculty, which help through accessing professional papers, tracking research and innovations in the field of education. - University professors always seek to publish articles in national and international scientific journals through digital platforms. They are also involved in national research projects via digital links and participate in scientific and national conferences and forums
