Essai d’inoculation des champignons mycorhiziens arbusculaires chez la fève dans la station d'EL KALA au niveau de la Wilaya d’El Tarf (Nord-Est Algérien

Abstract

Résumé Dans le cadre de notre étude, nous sommes proposés d’étudier la relation entre la fève Vicia faba (L) et la symbiose mycorhizienne dans la station d’el kala (wilaya d’el-taref Nord-est algérien) en estimant l’infection racinaire et évaluant la diversité des champignons mycorhiziens . Les résultats obtenus ont été les suivantes : Les racines sont colonisées par les endomycorhizes à arbuscules et vésicules . La fève est mycorhize dans le sol de notre station qui renferme une diversité fongique caractérisée notamment par le genre Glomus . Mots Clés Champignon - mycorhizes – fève Vicia faba (L) –Symbiose – El Kala .Summary As part of our study, we are proposed to study the relationship between the bean Vicia faba (L) and mycorrhizal symbiosis in the station of el kala (wilaya of el-taref northeastern Algeria) by estimating the root infection and assessing the diversity of mycorrhizal fungi. The results obtained were as follows : The roots are colonized by arbuscular and vesicular endomycorrhizae. The bean is mycorrhizal in the soil of our station which contains a fungal diversity characterized in particular by the genus Glomus.
