Valorisation D’une Espèce De La Famille Des Scrophulariacéaes « Verbascum Sinuatum L » Dans La Région d’El Tarf

Abstract

Résumé Notre travail a été réalisé sur une plante médicinale Verbascum sinuatum, En arabe (Saleh el andar) fait partie de La famille des Scrofulariaceae est une plante herbacée bisannuelle très répandue dans la région d’El Tarf. Ce travail a porté sur une étude de la région, une enquête ethnobotanique dans la région d’étude en vue d’évaluer l’intérêt et l’usage de cette plante chez la population ciblée, une étude histologique, un screening photochimique et enfin étude de l’activité antibactérienne. Les résultats de l’enquête ethnobotanique ont enregistré une connaissance remarquable de la plante mais elle est peu utilisée par la population de cette région. L’étude histologique a montré une variation dans les tissus végétatifs. Les tests réalisés sur des déférentes préparations de la partie aérienne et la partie souterraine de la plante ont révélé la richesse de cette dernière en métabolites secondaire qui montre une activité antibactérienne remarquable avec les 2 types de bactéries (Escherichia coli et klebsiella pneumoniae). Mots clés : Verbascum sinuatum, Screening photochimique, enquête ethnobotanique, Métabolites secondaire, activité antibactérienne.Summary Our work was carried out on a medicinal plant Verbascum sinuatum, In Arabic (Saleh el andar) is part of the Scrophulariaceae family is a biennial herbaceous plant widespread in the region of El Taref. This work focused on a study of the region, an ethno botanical survey in the study region to assess the interest and use of this plant in the target population, a histological study, photochemical screening and finally a study of the antibacterial activity. The results of the ethno botanical survey recorded a remarkable knowledge of the plant but it is little used by the population of this region. The histological study showed a variation in the vegetative tissues. The tests carried out on various preparations of the aerial part and the underground part of the plant revealed the richness of the latter in secondary metabolites and also it shows a remarkable antibacterial activity with the 2 types of bacteria (Escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniae). Keywords: Verbascum sinuatum, Photochemical screening, ethnobotanical investigation, Secondary metabolites, antibacterial activity.ملخص تم تنفيذ عملنا على نبات طبي Verbascum sinuatum ، باللغة العربية )صالح لندار( هو جزء من عائلة Scrofulariaceae هو نبات عشبي منتشر في منطقة الطارف. ركز هذا العمل على دراسة المنطقة، ومسح عرقي نباتي في منطقة الدراسة من أجل تقييم الفائدة من هذا النبات واستخدامه في السكان المستهدفين، ودراسة نسيجية، وفحص كيميائي ضوئي، وأخيراً دراسة النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا. سجلت نتائج الدراسات العرقية للنبتة في منطقة الطارف انتشارها وشهرتها بين سكان المنطقة بنسبة 60 بالمئة نضرا لانتشار هده النبتة. حيث أظهرت الدراسة النسيجية وجود تباين في الأنسجة الخضرية وتنوعها. وكشفت الاختبارات التي أجريت على المحلول المائي السائل من الجزء العلوي والجزء السفلي من النبات عن ثراء هذا الأخير في نبات يحتوي على المركبات الفيتو كيميائية التالية المركبات الفينولية الكومارينات, النينات), الزيوت الطيارة, السكريات ,القلويدات, الصابونيات ( يحتوي أيضا على المركبات الفيتو كيميائية التالية المركبات الفينولية, الزيوت الطيارة, السكريات, القلويدات , مما يدل على نشاط مضاد للجراثيم مع نوعي البكتيريا ( Escherichia coli و klebsiella pneumonia. الكلمات المفتاحية: Verbascum sinuatum ، الفحص الكيميائي الضوئي، التحقيق العرقي ، المستقلبات الثانوية ، النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا.
